Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
ok my bf had a warrent out for evading arrest ,well he was evading never got pulled over the cop left the scene to go to another scene and came back saying that hell have a warrent out can he get away with that or do you think oit willl be throw out

They don't "throw out" cases. He needs to hire a lawyer to review the report and see what avenues may be available to talk the prosecutor into a dismissal.
