My brother got a criminal trespassing case he came home n a lock was on his door he was trying to get in apt when the security guard seen him try in call the laws n they took to jail this is first Time in trouble besides some tickets wat should I do pay the bond or will they give him time service. $5,000 for a first time trespassing case? Sounds fishy. He needs a lawyer first of all; bond comes second.
