Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My brother died without a will in Texas and his long lost ex showed up at his house and took his motor cycle wich is in probate now along with his house.She has no money invested in it and she is not on the title.She and her husband of 15 years just took it to louisiana where they live.what is our recourse.DH
