Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

We had our car repaired after a no fault accident, and several weeks (approx 4-5) the collision repair representative has been calling my wife's phone. On Friday he showed up at my home (with 2 minors and no adults present). He began banging on the door and ringing the doorbell incessantly. The children were scared stiff about a guy at the door with multiple tattoos looking in the windows.

Apparently the collision repair company is claiming the insurance company (who is responsible for paying them for our repair) sent us a check that is due them. We haven't received any check or have any idea why the repair company is bothering us.

What can we do to stop the unannounced visits and harassing phone calls?

Through my own research would this fall under Texas Penal Code 30.05, B, 2, a? What about TPC 42.07, a, 4?

you dont provide enough information to determine if the actions even meet all the criteria of the crimes. regardless, the prossecutors I. know are unlikely to accept such charges initially. you must be aware that you owe the money and could. easily solve the. dispute by contacting your insurance company and having them track down the payment. in. the meantime, send the company a registered letter tell they are forbidden. from. entry. to your property. call. the police if they continue to come to your home. file a restraining order against them.also be aware that they have the right to file a mechanics lien. against. your car.
