Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
can i get charged with forgery of a finacail instrament if i got told by the person who had the check they said that she had cleaned a house n they payed her in a check n she said the women filled it out n asked me to endorse it couse she said she lost her id n she would give me a lil money

You can always be charged - because you are the one connected to the check. Can the State make the case? Maybe. Does not sound logical that an employer would give a blank check to an employee, does it?
