Dropped charges on criminal record
I was arrested in 1998 on a theft charge in Jim Wells Co., Tx that was later dropped. Recently, a criminal background check showed that the charges were still pending. How would I get this off my criminal record?

If the charges were dismissed you have an abolute right to have them expunged. You will need to hire an attorney to assist you with this.
