What form do you use to file a petition to have a felony arrest expunged off of your record in the state of Texas?

It is a civil suit filed in the District Clerk's Office. You need to go to your local law library to research the issue, or hire an attorney would be the best result. You will be suing several government agencies and if it is not done right the information will not be expunged.
