Hire a lawyer to talk to the judge with you. The lawyer would make an appointment to go with you to the judge and discuss why you believe that he can now be in control of himself. His probation officer will have great input in the matter and it will depend heavily on the treatment and cooperation your boyfriend has done. Also, you are calling him your boyfriend though supposedly you have had no communication for a year. The judge is really going to question if that is true given your desire to, after a year, reconnect and your continued use of the word "boyfriend". If the judge determines he has been seeing / talking to you in violation of his probation, he could get his probation revoked. Perhaps you might talk to his lawyer first.
