PNP charge

im 15 and would like to know what i will get since i got a possession of narcotic parufonlia charge?

will it be a fee,probation?

Assuming that you are being charged with violating the applicable statute under Texas Controlled Substance Act, the punishment range could be from a Class C Misdemeanor to a State Jail Felony. Basically, Class C Misdemeanor would be no jail and/or $500 fine. A State Jail Felony would be from 180 days to 1 year is state jail with optional fine of $10,000 maximum.
