How do I press charges at age 28 when i was sexually assaulted at age 10 or 11?
I have been sexually assaulted twice but in two different counties.
I went to doctor and remember things but wonder what kind of questions they will ask me. he is trying to say it was consensual but i was 10. how is that.

Go to the police and make a report. They will want to know everything you can remember. They will the medical records, or at least the contact information. There is no consent from a person under 17 by law in Texas.
