Probation Transfer

My son is 12 and on probation, one of the conditions of probation is that he complete a therapy program which he has not yet completed. He is suppose to be off probation in September. My husband is in the military and has been transfered to Germany since January. My children and I are suppose to follow in June. My husband is being sent elsewhere in October. My son may not be up for early release if he does not complete therapy by June. If he isn't our family may not be together again for another year. Is it at all possible that the state will allow a transfer for military supervision and therapy in Germany so that my family can be together again?
