Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
probation violation
what can i do to keep my probation from being revoked due to unpaid fees and i have a misdeamor assault charge .i supoose to have been off in 2006 but they add on a year twice and each year they added more money now they want to revokr because of the fight and my fees and give me three years in TDC so i would be during eight years on a three year origrinal sentence what can i do about this
