What is my punishment for burglary of habitation on my first offence? But all i did was pond the stolen stuff but i didnt break in the person house

Depends on many factors including when it occurred and the feelings of the complainants, the county you are in, and the judge. If you have a good lawyer and there were no real aggravating factors about the burglary, then there is a good likelihood of getting a deferred adjudication probation.
