Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If someone pushes me then I push them back not hard, but they don't fall down. Then they move their hand up and loss their balance and fall and hit their head, am I at fault

It is self defense if they push you and you are pushing them away to protect yourself regardless if they lost their balance.
