aressted for dui
Do I have to pay a lawyer to prove that I had no alchohol or drugs in my body when arrested for dui if there was no blood done? I was injured in a wreck on icey roads and was dazed. Was offered no medical attention and was given no blood test, just arrested and taken to jail even though there were several other cars who also slid off the road at the same location.

If you know what to do, there is no reason to pay a lawyer.
