Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

DUI Minor for a 19 yr old in Plano, TX

My son was given a ticket for DUI Minor. He is planning on joining the Air Force soon. How can we be sure that the legal action we take, will keep this off his record? We want to fight it, but I want to make sure we are using the correct legal action to remove from his record. He was not jailed, or given a breath test. He has no past tickets, criminal record.

Thanks

Have you consulted an attorney regarding the various consequences? There are several. Fighting the case always carries the risk of a conviction. A plea could result in dismissal. A referral to Teen Court could result in dismissal. You should make a call to the local recruiter, and ask if a plea in such a case would result in disqualification.
