Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

The judge has ordered me to get a blow and go machine in every vehicle where I live. I do not own the car my roommate does. I lost my liscense and am still going to court for my DUI. Can you even get a blow and go machine without a liscense?

You have a lawyer. You need to talk to your lawyer about this matter. There are portable breath testing machines available in at least some counties that may be more suitable to your situation.
