Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

I got a minor in consumption ticket, but the officer forgot to have me sign the ticket. What is the best way to fight this ??

The fact that you didn't sign the ticket doesn't have anything to do with whether or not the State can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you had consumed alcohol.
