probation questions
i was on probation in texas for dwi. i
was good and have nothing else on
my record so the jdge let me move
home to jersey with unsupervised
probation. since i have been home i
have been unable to pay my dwi
surcharge. i will pay soon. also i
have gotten 2 speeding tickets and 3
careless driving tickets. how will this
affect my probation? my po said they
will do a national search on me. what
does that mean? will i get in trouble
for this stuff. and if so what do i do?

The surcharge is a civil penalty imposed by the texas department of public safety.
What is the current status of your DWI probation? If you have not completed it, the tickets you mentioned could result in a Motion to Revoke Probation being filed by the State.
The national search is a search of your criminal record in all states.
