Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

Tarrant / Parker County Tx. DWI 2nd
I was convicted of DWI 1 in Sept. of 2005 (Parker County). Nov. of 2005 I was arrested for DWI 2nd (Tarrant County / NAS JRB). I was arrested March 2006 for probation violation and did a month in Tarrant County. I have been out of state for 2 years now as a fugetive. I don't think on my second DWI I would have every been convicted for DWI. I know I will do time when I turn myself in. How long, and how do I go about doing it the right way.
