Abuse of Power of Attorney
It seems my uncle is going through great lengths to do exactly the opposite from what my grandfathers wishes are. My father and Uncle were to split everything 50/50. My uncle is attempting to purchase a house on the property, half of which should belong to my father. It is my opinion, if he succeeds with this purchase, he would have the leverage needed to devalue the purchase price per acre by two or three thousand dollars. There seems alot of things are wrong with his actions. Please let me know what my options are, aside from a writ of attachment.

You need to visit a lawyer, and ask what his fee would be...but with such few facts it sounds more like a problem for your father..and he may not feel as you obviously do..But most lawyers would require your father to seek that advice
