Irrevocable Power of Attorney

I found a copy of an irrevocable power of attorney I signed on my mother who now has alziemers. What are my responsibilities and are there any liabilities or dangers for me legally?

Re: Irrevocable Power of Attorney

You have the powers and responsibilities specified in the document. You are probably charged with acting on the best behalf of your mother--i.e., put your mother's interests before your own and those of others.
