My 16 year old does not want to go on her visitations with her father. Does she have a choice.

No. She can stop visiting after her 18th birthday.

If the situation is dangerous, then you need to file to modify your current court order.

If you do not make her go see her dad, he can file contempt against you. You can be ordered to pay his attorney fees. And, you could be ordered to go to jail.
