my best friend is pregnant and she does not want this baby and has offered to adopt the baby to me. I have always wanted another child and would be greatful to have another one. What would the paperwork consist of in texas?

Re: adoption

You would have to terminate the mother's rights as well as the natural father's rights. Sometimes that is the sticky part. I urge you to contact a lawyer.
