Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I had an affair and had a child out of it. The woman's husband is on the birth certificate and child has his last name. I want to be on the birth certificate and my child to have my last name. Her husband does not support the child and knows it is not his. We had a dna test done. How hard is it to change and what do I need to do
