Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Agreement for non-payment Child Support

I recently found the father of my 22 year old daughter. He never knew of her existence. He wishes to establish paternity. He is not listed on any legal document and there is no previous order for conservatorship of the child. This is not for monetary gain, what can I file to protect him from ever having to pay child support?

If the "child" is now 22, he does not have to worry about child support.

They can do an "adult adoption". It's pretty easy compared to a minor child's adoption.

I offer DO IT YOURSELF legal kit if everyone agrees.

You can call me for a one hour consultation for $100.
