Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Alimony Not Being Paid

My ex-husband was late paying my alimony for the month of May and now this month I have not received the alimony check. How can I resolve this? I have no money to hire an attorney.

Re: Alimony Not Being Paid

Your only option is to file contempt against him.

I suggest that you call PATRICIA BUSHMAN at 713.807.9405 and see if she can help you.

If it's a contempt case, then your attorney can ask that the spouse be ordered to pay some or all of your attorney fees.

Pl. tell PAT that I sent you to her!

Happy 4th of July!
