Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I'm about to go back to court for a reveiw for child support and I was wondering if I can ask the court to get reimbursed for the child support I had to pay? Ok I'm disabled and my ex wife got my daughter on Ssi from my benafit. I am only ordered to pay 200 a month for Child support and on top of that 200 she gets $547 dollars from Ssi. So my ex wife is getting 747 dollars every month and is it possible for me to ask my ex wife to reimburse me for what I have paid

Oh my, it sounds like you are being ripped off. You should be getting a dollar-for-dollar credit for the SSI and therefore be paying nothing.

You have a very good chance of getting credit for the over payments if you go to court with a well-prepared lawyer. You might even get a judgment against her for the overage, but I don't know enough to say for sure at this point.

Good luck!!
