Badly Inflencing my wife causing dishormony.can i take legal action

Dear SIR,

We live in dallas U.S.A, we are married for the past 15 years, Inter cast love come arranged marriages.we are still livingtogather

her sister and brothers need lot of money, I am an obstacle for that. I have helped them 20 laks rs in 15 years. Untill ast year she has stolen 30 laks rs from our retirement savings.they say they are penticostal christinas.I am prostant christian. The only bad habit I have smoking ciggaretts.

suddenly last year I told my wife to stay in home for our son's education. She called her work and they called poice and came to my home and she was escorted out. she filed divource in 2 days. we had 3 court hearings. After 67 days staying out with my son. when she came to know that court is going to arrest her because she would not allow me to see my son even with court order. At the end of 3 rd court hearing she dropped the case and she came back to my house. we went through marriage counselling 10 sessions and from psychologist 6 months. she said her brothers and sister advised her to apply for divource. They are still Influencing and calling her. when we went for 2 weeks vacotion in india we went to see her family. All 3 brothers about to beat me. they threatened killing me and kidnapping myson.

Although you didn't actually ask a question, if you are now back home safe and sound with your wife and son, and are fed up with her family; then yes, there are options.

It seems appropriate to get an injunction against these family members to enjoin them from any further contact. It is probable that you will not get it enforced in India, so any future visits will probably have to happen here. Obviously, this action is going to require the cooperation of your wife.
