Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My boyfriend is paying child support to his son's mother. If we got married, our combined income would, of course, be considerably more than the amount upon which his child support is currently based. With that in mind, would my income will be included in the AG's calculation of the amount of child support he will have to pay?

The TX Family Code is on-line.

You can also read the TX A G's website. It has a lot of good information on it.

No, your income is not included in determining his child support.

Remember, if you have children -- his kids always come first when it comes to $$!
