Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child Custoday

I signed custody to my ex-inlaws to join the Army as did my ex-husband, they are elderly now and can't take care of him, they have now given him to my ex with no paperwork, can I go get my son then take them back to court for custody legally since my ex doesn't have custody either.

Re: Child Custoday

That depends upon what you mean by 'signed over custody'. Did the court terminate your parental rights? Your ex's parental rights? What exactly did the court order, and are the grandparents the only persons with a court-ordered conservatorship? It sounds as if this is more complex than can be addressed in this forum. You need to consult with an attorney in detail, to determine what, if any, rights you have.
