child custody and what to do.

I now live in Montana, and my x-husband lives in Texas. He has possiory conservship of my 16 yr. old son but he will not let me talk to him on the phone or have any contact with him at all , will you please tell me what i can do about this.

Re: child custody and what to do.

You will have to return to the court which granted custody to enforce your right of visitation/communication.

The court has the authority to award you your costs, expenses and attorney's fees if it finds your ex has wrongfully violated a valid court order.
