Child endangerment?????? jj

My daughters mother has been bringing my daughter (2 years old)

to daycare and she has not been putting child in car seat. This has been witnessed by two different employees of center. Can mom lose custody over this?

The answer is maybe. No case is won or lost on one issue. You have to show a pattern of neglect or endangering the child.
