Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child is being manipulated mentally as she is a very very intelligent three year old and they turn her against her father and tell her malicious things about all her fathers family as well. Both parents have equal conservatorship; therefore, her mother is going against court order by doing this. They keep the child secluded inside a home so she will not see any of fathers family until visitation day comes. She does not allow him to speak to baby on the phone as ordered on a daily basis. Now she has reported him to the attorney general because he lost his job and she needs more money because she is pregnant again with another man's baby. She is only having babies to support herself and her mother, and her mother's boyfriend with government funds. When does the biological father ever get a fair chance??? Now attorney general wants to put him in jail....??? When can little three year old be freed from that way of life that a mother like that is teaching her?

Do all this:

1. Pay as much of the child support that you are currently ordered to pay as you possibly can. Let other bills slide. That will keep you out of jail.

2. File a counter petition to lower child support based on your change in employment circumstances.

3. File a motion to enforce the divorce decree, seeking contempt and jail time.
