Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child Support Increase

My son's father and I attended what is called a nigotiation conference to determine how much he would be paying in child support. At the time we were college students with no jobs and no money. 11 years later we both have decent paying jobs, but he is not paying enough in child support to care for my son. He pretty much pays when and how much he wants. Can I take him back to court even though he has 2 other children and one more on the way?

Re: Child Support Increase

Absolutely.

His other child will be factors in the amount set, but it sounds as if you are entitled to an increase.
