in the state of texas what paper work do you need to file if you and your spouse agree not to pay child support

Are you married? If so, the child support provisions would be contained in the divorce decree. If you are not married, then it will be in the Order Affecting Parent-Child Relationship. Sometimes the court will approve no child support, but it will be necessary to establish that it is in the child's best interest.
