Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child Support - Texas, just recently won sole custody in Galveston County of my child, without an attorney & 3 day trial, but Judge is ordering child support at 10% not 20% as in Texas Family Code, how do I appeal to receive amount we are entitled to as every other parent and child in the state? There are no circumstances affecting our order that would deem this correct, father has standard visitation and has not exercised visitation except 1 time in January, court ordered to carry insurance and he doesnt and is currently behind in temporary child support ordered by judge. As well he submitted EVIDENCE at trial of his correct income that he purgered hisself at the hearing for temporary orders and state MUCH lower income!! Need to Appeal!! Thank You

First, file a request for findings.

Second, file a notice of appeal (within 30 days after the judge signs the judgment).

Third ... get a lawyer. You can't do an appeal by yourself.
