Child support from unwed father

I am about to have a child whose father I am not married to and who wants nothing to do with us. What are my rights for child support and how do I go about setting it up?

Re: Child support from unwed father

The child has a right to be supported. If you are going to be the custodial parent, assumedly, the support will come to you.

You need to either hire an attorney or talk to the Office of the Attorney General.
