child support
i am a victim of family violence fro the last 3 years and i want a divorce. i have no income, my husband has been providing for me and our kids and now he has abandon us with no money. he wants me to agree to 700 a month for child support and he makes 3000 a month,what should i do?

You should see a lawyer to protect you in this matter. It is possible for the lawyer to collect attorneys fees from the husband. Difficult but not impossible. Child support is determined by Family Code guidelines. For an income of $3000/mo, $700 is about $200-$300 short.
