Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Children in a divorce

My husband and i are getting divorced and his parents are the managing conservators over my three children. only one of the children is his. I need to know how to proceed with my divorce with this other situation with my children. I do not know if I need to include my children in the divorce or if I can just get a no-fault divorce.
