Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

custody of a child

i have full joing custudy of my two children. He moved out of state and one of my kids wanted to be with him for a year. Now he sents me legal documenyts that he want full custudy of one of my children. And it was just a temperary agreement and now i want my child to come home and i dont know what to do with this matter. How can i get my child to come back home?
