Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have custody of 2 of my grandsons, after I took custody of these 2 my daughter had 2 more that are now in foster care and parental rights will probably be terminated. I tried to get custody of these 2 also but CPS said no. I am trying to find out if the 2 boys I have, have any sibling rights to see their 2 half brothers (same mother, different fathers)? CPS worker has cut me off at every turn and now will not answer my calls, What do I do, I can't afford an attorney.

Enjoy the 2 children that you have in your custody.

Make sure that you have full legal custody of these 2 children.

If you are not sure, there are many attorneys that offer a free consultation. Look on this website or on www.avvo.com

You might want to talk to an attorney & see if anyone will help you for free. Unfortunately, there are not many attorneys that handle CPS cases. Working against CPS is time consuming and frustrating for a private attorney.

Good luck and thank you for taking in these 2 children.
