dating

i am 17 years old my boyfriend will be 20 in october my mom aproves of us dating but my dad is against can he do anything about it...my parents are divorced and i live with my mom

Legally, I can't think of a way he can stop you from dating him. Practically speaking, it isn't a good idea to alienate a parent when you are 17.
