I have designated beneficiaries on all banking, investments, accounts, etc. Do I still need a will?

Yes. You have property that isn't in bank accounts.

I know of a case of an elderly woman who was penniless. Shortly after she died (without a will), it was discovered that a friend of hers had recently died and left $200,000.00 to her. All of a sudden, she had a large estate to be divided.
