Can my Divoce lawyer charge me for my husband coming into his office when I hired him for a divorce?

Well, terms for fee charging should be covered in your contract with your lawyer, but generally speaking, if a lawyer charges on a time-incurred basis, any time your lawyer spends in pursuit of your case would be billable.
