do i have to have an attorney to bring up reasonable issues to the judge at my final hearing

No, but you do have to know how to do it correctly. The Court isn't allowed to cut you any slack just because you aren't an attorney.

You really need to go talk with a good family law attorney. Final trial isn't the time to try to bring things up for the first time. Spending a little for an attorney now can potentially save you lots in the future.
