Divorce without children
My husband and I married in TX while stationed there with the U.S. Army. We are now in Germany. My husband is a resident of Georgia. I am a resident of Pennslyvania. Where must we go to seek a divorce?

Do you still have a Pennsylvania driver's license and claim Pennsylvania as your home state? If so, you can file there. You can file in Texas also since you both lived here and were married here.
