Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

In divorce both my ex-wife and myself had week on week off for possession of our daughter. My daughter remained on my ex's insurance because it was free, but orders were that I would have to get insurance if for any reason she would have to actually pay for insurance to avoid her acquiring any costs for medical coverage. Orders also said we would both have to be equally responsible for all medical expenses. She changed jobs and told me not to put her on my job's insurance plan because she had put her on a new insurance and it was free. Turns out it was Medicaid and 4 years later I'm being sued for child support. After speaking to Attorney General's Office it appears she was committing Medicaid Fraud, but as I didn't have my daughter on real insurance I'm liable for all Medicaid expenses for last 4 years. What am I looking at having to pay?

You really need to take your Court order to a lawyer and have him look at it; the wording is very, very important. I can't comment on a document I haven't seen.
