Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am married and my husband is in the army. He is in Iraq and recently closed the account that we have together. Were having issues with his infidelity and I guess he wants to keep all the money he gets for housing and for being married. Is that legal for him to do? I do have power of attorny for everything.

Check with the base JAG office or maybe the chaplain to get started. This is not the first time this has happened.
