Divorce Money Judgement

My son recently was awarded his divorce. The judge put in an order for his ex-wife to pay him $6,000 dollars. he lives in Texas and was granted his divorce there. Texas does not allow you to attach wages but his ex-wife lives in California. How can he go about collecting the funds that are due him?
